Inexpensive shoes are often stiff and can fit improperly because of it. They can lose their finish quickly. I bought this pair for a last-minute black tie event, received them on time and found they fit well and were comfortable immediately. The square toe box adds a bit of flair, and the width is medium to slightly wider because of it. Tread is rubberized, so no slipping about on the dance floor (for good or ill). I was on my feet for 6 hours, no problems with pinching, binding, or fatigue. Definitely a good value.

I bought these for my husband to wear to a wedding. They arrived the day after I ordered them. They are well made, stylish, and fit true to size. He really was pleased with the shoes.
