I decided to try these pants as a replacement for my expensive [other brand] khaki's that looked so wrinkled ten minutes after I put them on that I finally gave them to Goodwill. I had simply had it with spending 30 minutes ironing them, and still looking like a frumpy mess within an hour. I work in the financial aid office at a university and wanted something besides jeans that I could wear to work on casual days. These are perfect - extremely comfortable with the little bit of stretch, and at the end of a day of walking across campus, sitting through meetings, etc. they still look neat and fresh. I bought the dark khaki pair first and liked them so much, I bought the mocha brown. These are now my go-to pants for everything from casual work days to traveling to a conference.
I really like these pants; the style is sleek, and the back of the waistband is nice and soft for some reason. I am 5'4" and 115 lbs, with a small waist and not-so-small hips and butt. I sent back a 4 (really tight around the hips), and fit pretty well in a 6, though they'll need hemming. These pants aren't ideal for a petite, curvy figure; the front fits sort of "flat" and tends to slide down, but I like them enough to wear a belt. Sure would be great if more technical pants were designed for people with hips, though...
These are probably the most comfy pants I've ever put on! I actually found them very true to size, I wear the same size in Columbia Brand as well. I'm 5'4 weigh 130 and ordered an 8, there's room in there but perfect for long days fishing, don't want them too tight. I ordered Mocha and love the color, they're cute pants. Excited I'll be comfy AND cute on the river this summer in Colorado!
If you have skinny legs and a larger waist these pants may fit you, but for me they were tight in the thigh and huge in the waist. It's too bad because the material and workmanship look good.
I wore a size 8 Sonia pant, order a size 8 and was 4 inches bigger than my sonia pant!
However material is comfortable and stretchable.
But too much difference on the size and need to return.
