Wonderful Dress!

I own about 4 morning glory dresses, 3 from when they tied in the back, and one which ties at the neck. I was so dissappointed in the neck-tied one (although I still prefer it to non-Patagonia dresses) that I actually scoured eBay for the old style. Once they changed the fit again I ran to the store while on a trip for work to try it. What a wonderful dress! It offers great support (although I had to size down from my usual large to get the support I wanted), and has a new, thinner fabric so that it is even easier to do things like bike-riding in. I got compliments the first day I wore it. If you have a smaller bust (I am a B), then I would reccommend sizing down, but it is cut so that going down a size shouldn't be too much of a problem. If you are on the fence at all then you should buy it! More colors please!

Must-have Summer dress

This dress is a great addition to my summer wardrobe. The fabric is a silky, synthetic fabric that feels wonderful against the skin. The straps in the back criss-cross, and look really interesting. I would say this dress looks really good on my body type. (5'6", 140#, athletic upper body, very small A cup bra size, bubble butt) This is a great dress to just throw on in the summer and go. I have the blue floral print, and I wasn't sure about the print at first, but I didn't want a plain, solid color. Now, I am starting to really dig the print. The shelf bra is great for support, but because I am so small chested, I wish there were openings so I could insert removable modesty pads for more confidence. Other than that, the dress is a winner.

Great Summer Dress!

I got this dress for my birthday and have worn it only once. That was enough to love the dress. I love the material it is made out of. It is very breathable and light. The in-shelf braw is nice too, I don't have to wear a bra with this dress and feel perfectly comfortable. I am about 5'2", 130 lbs and the length goes down to just a little bit past my knees. I got a size Medium and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend this dress!

Figure flattering versatile dress!

This dress is super versatile, can be casual or dressed up a bit (fabric is a bit shiny, not the jersey fabric of most of the dresses on the REI website). Very figure flattering and forgiving. Because of the A-line cut, it skims the body and the slightly shiny fabric makes the dress look a bit more dressy and does not hug all the bumps that may be underneath. ;) Because of the cut of the straps, a standard bra will show its straps. Great dress.

Favorite little black dress

This is the second Morning glory dress I have purchased and I love this one even more than the first. With a shorter hem line (above the knees), yet same flattering fit and comfortable feel, it is the ultimate little black dress that can be dressed up or down. I am 5'4 and 130 lbs, usually a small, but actually preferred how the xs fit in this version.

Great Dress

Wore this dress the other day to a vineyard and was extremely comfortable all day.
I paired it with a pair of flats and felt "nice but casusal"; perfect!
The material is soft and smooth. The shelf-bra is actually supportive, never felt the need to adjust; that was great!

Plan on taking it with me on my next beach vacation.

Flirty,,Day or Night Dress

I loved the cut of this dress so much that I bought another color and may even spring for a third. This piece is versatile, lightweight and a little sexier then some of P's dresses (I only wear dresses and I only wear P's dresses). I love the open back and A-line skirt!

I don't think I took this dress off for a whole week, when I first got it, and then continued to wear it for the whole summer. The fabric is so comfy and its doesn't cling/static to your skin. Patagonia always does it right, this is a must have summer dress.

Versatile Dress!

Great versatile dress. wear it weddings, nice dinners or after surfing or climbing. Only issue is it needs more support in the bra area, but as a whole is a great dress. Wear it all the time and get tons of compliments.

Perfect for all occasions!

This dress is so utilitarian! Wear it at a casual bbq, a nice date, or a wedding! The fit is fantastic, no bra required! You can't miss with this dress! I love it so much, i have it in 2 colors!

good but not fantastic

i have a patagonia morning glory dress from 4 years ago...i like that one more. the old one is a little longer and the fabric thicker. the fabric for the new one is a little on the thin side...and overall, not as cute. it works though. great dress for throwing on after your mountain bike ride, or going for a casual hike with the kids, or a casual bike ride with the kids. i kayaked in it too, which also worked well. so overall, while i have to say it's a good dress, just not as fantastic as the older one (which for me, has been well loved and used and still going...)
