Petzl Croll Chest Ascender

Fabric:

• Simply pinch the nylon trigger to open the catch and manipulate the ascender

Traction and Grip:

• Chrome-plated, spring-loaded steel cam features angled teeth and a self-cleaning slot to securely grip the rope, even in wet, muddy or icy conditions

Straps:

• Top hole is designed to attach a chest harness or Torse strap (harness/strap sold separately) to keep the ascender in the proper position

Upper:

• Rectangular upper hole for the attachment of shoulder straps to improve positioning.
• Upper hole is used to attach a shoulder strap (not included)

Features:

• Bottom hole is angled to keep the ascender parallel with the rope
• Toothed cam utilizes a self-cleaning slot so it will perform on dirty or frozen ropes
• Petzl Croll chest ascender is designed for use with ropes between 8 and 11mm in diameter
• Stainless-steel wear plate improves durability by reinforcing the rope friction zone
• Designed to attach between the seat and chest harness, the Croll has an angled attachment hole to allow it to lie flat against the body
• Stainless steel cam and wear plate provide durable corrosion resistance

• For use with single ropes from 8 to 13 mm
