If you like to log long miles on the trail, the Exo S-Lab shorts are a necessity. The compression shorts allow you to travel distances that would normally turn your legs to jello. There is a pocket in the front waistband that you can use for gels, food, your keys, or your iPhone (which is what I put there). There are also 2 slightly smaller pockets in the back. These lightweight shorts are perfect in every way. No complaints. I wish I had a pair for every day of the week.
