The North Face Aleutian 3S Sleeping Bag: 20 Degree Down Reviews:

Reviews:

we spent one night on the trail to Lilly Lake in southern Colorado on September !st. The bag was comfortable and I stayed quite warm with long sleeved shirt, pants and socks on. I am a rather cold sleeper and little body fat, so I was impressed that I stayed warm during the night with temps into the mid 30's. I would take a fleece liner with me if I stayed out in weather any cooler. The bag packs up small and fluffed up nicely when I pulled it out to use it. There is no padding to it though, you will definitely need a sleeping mat! I consider it a good bag for the money and will use it many times on my future hiking adventures.

Best Sleeping Bag

This is by far the best sleeping bag I've had as a replacement on my extremely ancient one. Used it last weekend for a 3-day high sierra camp (11k ft+) and was very comfortable. I am bringing this on our 2-1/2 weeks trekking adventure in Machu Pichu and Patagonia next month.
