Great boots- delivery time took too long
Arrived in great condition but took too long - shipped on 12/26, received on 1/5 but I don't remember date I actually ordered them. I order everything on line and you are only one of 2 companies that take way too long to get the product to the customer. Had I known, I would have ordered from another company that I use regularly, no shipping charges, and always received the next day. I used a search engine for these shoes and yours was one of 3 companies that came up and the other 2 were out of stock. I didn't think to use that other company until my son kept asking me when I would receive the boots for my grandson, and the other company had them in stock. I always receive all my packages (several a day I might add) within a few days of ordering with regular shipping by FED Ex ground or UPS and they are quick and excellent to deliver. I have no idea how you shipped them but would only order from you if no one else had the product I needed as you delivery time is rediculous. Sorry.
This is a great winter boot! My 2.5 year old has wide feet, and it's been hard to find wide enough winter boots for him. I first bought him leather UGGs, but they were way too tight around his chubby ankles/feet, so those went back. These fit him great and are easy for me to get on and off. They do run REALLY small though! He wears a size 9 toddler in regular UGGs, Adidas sneakers etc., but I couldn't even get the 9 on his foot. I ended up ordering a 10, 11 and 12. The 11 fits great with a bit of extra room to grow into. I'd recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes.
My son has worn these boots in our cold Washington winters for two years now. He has outgrown the first pair, and he is requesting we buy the exact same boots again; that's how much he loves them!
My 4 year old son loves these boots! He wears them almost every day. They slip on and off with so much ease and they look so cute with jeans or sweats.
These are great boots. My nine year old likes tie boots and not Velcro, so these were perfect. They are warm, and his feet stay dry. Another great North Face product!
