I love this shoe! I've always had a hard time finding a shoe that fits because I have very wide very flat feet. I think this is the best shoe i ever owned. When I first put them on they were very tight and I thought I might have to send them back, but after a couple of weeks of wearing them in they now fit perfectly. They look good and give me the perfect amount of arch support (not too much not too little) for my very flat feet. Before my feet would be killing me even after a short walk in any other shoe, but I can walk in these all day long with no pain. They are well worth the price. Highly recommended.
I am so glad I decided to take a chance. I absolutely LOVE these shoes and Zappos. I liked the mesh Asics I had for summer, but I needed leather for the cold Indiana winters. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I had before, so I would have more toe room. They fit perfectly! Arrived quickly, too. I have back trouble, and these fit the bill when I have to stand or walk for extended periods of time (work in health care). NO COMPLAINTS... will order again.
I had ordered the predecessor of this shoe in my normal size of 8.5 EE and it really ran short, so when I ordered this one, I bumped the size up a half a size to a 9. Has worked wonderfully, and after being on my feet ALL day I can come home and not be lame. It has been a wonderful experience. I had previously tried New Balance, Brooks Addiction Walker and Saucony. I prefer this shoe and my Saucony.
I tried several pairs of Asics before settling on these. They provide good support, and excellent cushioning. The toes and the top of my foot do not have pressure. That was important for sensitive feet! The roll at the foot prevents catching or stubbing the toe when walking. I love these shoes. Great Zappos service as usual since I ordered 5-6 pairs and returned all but these. I wear half a size and I ordered up for best fit.
Love them! Great fit, good arch support, good looking without the clunky big sneaker look.
