Cabela's Teewinot PrimaLoft Systems Jacket - Regular

All I can say is that this IS an awesome jacket. I tried several Primaloft jackets before settling on this jacket. Cabela's got it right on this jacket.
The first thing I'd like to say is that it IS true to size. None of this 'trim fit' or 'slightly fitted' stuff for me. I am a regular built guy. When I buy an XL I expect it to fit like an XL. I didn't have to get a size or two larger for this jacket to fit. I hope Cabela's continue to make this jacket as it is, only give us more colors. I had to buy mine in orange, which is okay, although I'd have preferred another color. And when I went to buy another in black, they were all gone. But the style of this jacket is real nice too.
Love the draw string on the bottom of the jacket to seal out wind and the Napolean Pocket to store my phone.
The performance of this jacket is great too. Wearing only a T shirt and Fleecy under it, this jacket has kept me nice and toasty warm down to the low 20's with a constant wind of 12mph +. I'm sure it would have been just as good in lower temperatures and higher winds.
It compresses down pretty well for storage in your backpack. This jacket along with my waterproof shell Is all I need for the winter. I will also keep them in my backpack while out on the trail in the event of inclement weather setting in during all seasons except summer when I will only carry my shell. I definitely recommend this jacket.

Very warm and fits great. It's made out a great material. The top pocket has 2 uneven seams on the inside creating gaps in the fabric and the zipper on the top pocket doesn't work smoothly. Over all a very light weight and warm jacket perfect by itself or as a layer.

I bought this jacket specifically for a trip to the AT next spring. What initially attracted me to this jacket was the Primaloft insulation and water resistance. The jacket is very lightweight and warm. Packable enough for my needs. Pleased with my purchase. Can't wait to put it to the test.
