Carhartt Washed-Duck Work Dungaree Reviews:

Reviews:

I'm very picky when it comes to pants about the pockets and where they are. I like my pockets diagonal so I can get in and out of my pockets easily and I like small pockets on the side of the leg to hold my pen and my knife.
I have been wearing these pants for years and they are perfect! I have noticed that the pant length isn't always what it should be. I wear a 30x32 that was the perfect length (felt like a 30x30) and recently purchased a new pair of the same size and the leg was 4 inches longer than my previous pair! I had to have the wife hem them for me which was kind of annoying. So just beware about that.

I am super picky about my pants and that combined with my size (20x30) makes it extremely difficult to find pants I like and that fit right. These pants are perfect! I love the shape of these pockets so you hand can slide in at and angle instead of having to move your entire arm up and then dive your hand straight down into the pocket like on most other pants. I also MUST HAVE the side pockets on the leg! that is where I keep my phone, pen, and knife. The great thing about these pants is is has the side pockets on both sides of the pants! The only thing that could make these pants better is if Carhartt made a blue denim looking color!

Jeff Guest at Backcountry.com on 06/22/2011

These pants are sturdy and tough like all Carhartt products. The trouble with Carhartt pants is that the sizing is very inconsistent. I am a 34X32 and I have found that some Carhartts in that size fit great while some are small and others are too big. When I find a pair that fits well there is no other brand of pants that I prefer.

Chris Yates at Backcountry.com on 11/15/2012

great work pants fit true to size, no complaints at all they seem to hold up to asphalt really well. They are slightly heave and i cannot wear them on really hot days due to the fact that I work for an asphalt company and they tend to be a little warm with 300 F rocks around you. But alll in all a great pant.

krazyaniak617270 at Backcountry.com on 05/30/2010

I searched everywhere for these pants. This is the ony place I could find them. I like the feel and warmth of these pants. I work outside so these are perfect. Plenty of room to move. The ones in the stores around here aren't Dungaree Pants that fit ya like these do. I would recommend backcountry to everyone. Great supplier and fast shipper.

Best pair of pants I have ever owned. Being an outdoors person these pants take alot of abuse. They are extremely durable and I still have my first pair from when i worked construction (7 years ago). These pants are a fairly loose fit and will get a little softer with time as you break them in.
Bill - customer at Zappos.com on 09/08/2013

Bought these for my ever so picky husband for Christmas, and he KEPT them! Not sure if any of you realize EXACTLY what that means! He knows just what he want out of his work jeans and these passed with flying colors. Pockets where he needs them and the Carharrtt brand, made me one Happy Gift Giver!!

par2652413 at Backcountry.com on 12/30/2010

These are great pants. They can go anywhere and do anything you need them to do and they'll hold up for quite a few years. As the previous reviewer mentioned they don't always have the same fit from pant to pant at the same size, but thats not to big a deal.

arvoorhees1666543 at Backcountry.com on 04/16/2013

These pants are great for any outdoor work you have to get done. I use these working construction and camping in the summers. Very durable and don't tear very easily. If your doing any sort of outdoor activity and need a highly durable pant definitely check these out.

Michael Greer at Backcountry.com on 08/20/2012

I love the other persons comment these are the JEEP of jeans. They're durable, tough and last forever. And no other pant looks better the more you use it.
