I had a 35 degree rated sleeping bag but it just could not keep me warm enough during 40 degree nights. I tend to be on the cold side at night and this was the perfect solution. I now stay perfectly warm in temperatures in the low 30's. The bag starts getting a little warm in 60 degree weather but I can always use my lighter sleeping bag for warmer weather trips. I tend to camp in mountain regions where the nights get pretty cold.
The feel of this bag is of the highest quality and the fit of the regular is perfect if your under 6'. I'm 5'10" and have good wiggle room.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone who camps regularly in below 65 degree weather.
