The Piero's are outstanding pants if you're a trad climber or avid hiker that demands durability. My other favorite in this category of pants is the Prana Zion but these are better. The stretch and comfort is insane and has a sweet zippered thigh pocket that is perfect size for your phone. I own two pairs in Grey and Brown and looking to add a third in black before they get discontinued or something. They fit a little baggy which I prefer but the newer models are a bit closer fitting.
Durable, great fit
I bought 2 pairs of these in 2010. After 2 years of daily use on farms, the only thing that cut the fabric was when I got myself in the knee with a bill hook!
They dry really fast, have just the right amount of pockets, and are thin enough to be comfortable in fairly warm weather. Sadly, I'm going to have to retire these for the summer in Thailand, but I'm hoping that the Mesa pant can more or less replace them....Time will tell!
