City Streets to Mountain Peaks

In one week these pants took me from a three day outing on the Appalachian Trail in cool spring conditions to exploring Washington D.C. during pouring rain. The pants have a great fit for me since I dont have the thickest legs and the stretch material accomodates whatever moves I've thrown at it. I have some quips about the size of the front pockets being rather small to get your hands into. The cinches at the bottom of the leg are great for eliminating excess material flopping around and catching on things. They are water resistant but not for very long, however they do dry quickly. Very happy with the pant to be used both hiking and travelling.

Solid pair of pants.

I use these as everyday pants. While the material may be thin, it doesn't show any sign of tearing or ripping apart. The sizing on these is the trick. I'm 6'3", 190 lbs, I purchased a size 34 and they fit EXACTLY; typically I'd buy a 32. The stretch in the pants gives plenty of comfort, so the next size up is usually perfect. The legs have a slim fit, not skin-tight, but it isn't quite baggy. There's elastic at the ankles to tighten it up if the need arises, and is hidden in a way that doesn't show unless you know it's there.

Great pants - love them!

I got them initially to be a thin, quick-drying, small-packing pair of pants that I would use primarily for traveling. However, they are so comfortable and I like their look, so I've ended up wearing them all the time.

They are a bit pricey, but they're worth it to me.
