Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil eVent Compression Dry Sack -
The Sea To Summit eVent Compression Dry Sack means no longer having to choose between a compression sack and a dry sack - you get the best of both worlds!
It used to be that if you needed a waterproof dry bag, you were stuck with a big balloon because dry sacks are basically air tight.
With the addition of eVent, a waterproof breathable material that's actually air-permiable, you get waterproof protection and can squeeze air out to pack your gear down smaller.
The eVent Panel at the base and rugged 70D nylon body and lid, along with the roll-top Hypalon closure and sealed seams make this waterproof (do not submerge completely)
The four compression straps let you cinch down bulky loads like clothing or sleeping bags while keeping them protected from moisture.
Reinforced stitching on all stress points mean you won't loose waterproofing when you crank it down.
Pull handle on the bottom makes it easy to pull gear out.
Sea To Summit advises at least 3 rolls on the roll-top closure for waterproof performance.
Sensitive items should be "double bagged" in a second dry sack for extra security, or use a waterproof hard case instead.
Backpacker Magazine's Editors' Choice award winner in 2007.
eVent material also lets some moisture out if you have damp clothing or sleeping bag inside.

The Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil eVent Compression Dry Sack compresses gear like dry suits or sleeping bags to one-third of their volume while keeping them dry thanks to the eVent waterproof membrane. Ultra-Sil nylon keeps this sack remarkably light for how strong it is, and the Hypalon closure makes sure your gear doesn't slip out. The four Cordura straps shrink everything with ease so you can hop down the trail knowing that you didn't sacrifice any space in your pack.

Introducing a completely new concept in compression dry bags—no valve. This innovative sack uses an air-permeable base made of eVent waterproof fabric, which allows air to be pushed out of the sack but won't allow water back in.
